Danny travels to Tel Aviv to escape his graduate school obsessed parents, and a girlfriend who doesn’t understand they’ve broken up. When the Gulf War breaks out, an Israeli friend, the son of a war hero turned philanderer, invites him over. Danny enters Israeli society in a manner he never would have imagined.
